Transsexualism is a condition of the natural birth. Fortunately, we live in an age where you can get treatment and live happy and productive.
As these people go through a sex change, or people born with both?
I'm willing to bet that less than 5% of the world has undergone a sex change.
I know that 1% of all babies born with both types of sex organs, and the parents usually do something before they are old enough to know.
I have no idea. Than 1% of the population in general.
