Generally not -.

Without knowing the damage to the right side, clearly visible to the smallest capillaries fractures that would not be wise to structure to store to buy a motorcycle. This becomes even more important, a problem with the bike like a Harley, which usually be quite difficult, so that puts more emphasis on plot structure.

Sorry, but it seems a dangerous idea to me.

If the damage to parts of the body is limited, reproducible sometimes a good deal on a good bike. Be careful when buying, but also more expensive to replace parts that the bike is really worth. In the insurance industry application, send photos and reports of a mechanical indication of the wheel was repaired and fully functional for use on the road. This should be sufficient to ensure the bike is safe and legal. Make sure the frame is not bent and the fork of a rolling chassis will cost from 2000 to 5000 U.S. dollars. They spoke ill of you when you hear the title lifesaving, please contact DMV office, you will know all the conditions to get the train back onto the road and leave. Since a Carfax report and put a title search to ensure the bike is not stolen. Call your insurance company to give them the VIN number can, after you and give you all available information on damage.

Motorcycles to extort ransom, are also a good deal (like many insurance products a motorcycle especially sport bikes) for cosmetic reasons .... destroying the plastic.

Check frame and fork with caution because they are likely to suffer damage in an accident.

Look at the picture closely. If it bends, ring, peeling paint or cracked anywhere in the frame, not a good idea to him again on the road. These are special offers for parties though! With a Harley, if the offer seems too good to be true, it is likely ....

Once the bike is a salvage title is unable to register to see their use on the streets of DMV for more details!
