What steps do I need to go through to change my child's last name? - steps to change name after marriage
I have a daughter three years old, has the same name as I was when I got married. My ex-husband is not her father. I am willing to change his name in my first name, my name now. I live in MI and I do not know what steps should be to change them.

I think starting at the office of the Supreme Court. You may need to sign the papers? not sure. But it is, and has helped me.
